Returns and Exchanges
If the product you receive is in any way faulty or has defects you can take advantage of our Returns and Exhanges Policy. The aim of our policy is to comply with the ACCC Repair, replace, refund guidelines as laid down by Australian Consumer Law. Please note, "the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it."
You may exchange or return your online purchase/s by emailing email@example.com to organize this.
In order to receive an exchange/return, you must return the item within 30 days of purchase, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. For online purchases, this is the order confirmation receipt you receive with your purchase. Please be aware that Mad Dog's Guns and Gear cannot accept responsibility for any items that may get lost during post transit. For this reason, we highly recommend that you use Insured Registered Post and obtain a tracking number for your returned parcel.
Mad Dog's Guns and Gear will be responsible for the cost of delivering your repaired or replaced product back to you.
